• Shalky provides free shipping Within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. There is no minimum order required. 
• Shipping outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia costs 75 SAR or its equivalent in foreign currencies

Return policy:

In the event that there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage to the order, the customer may return the product providing it is in its original packaging, and it must be in original condition. The customer must return the order with the purchase invoice within 3 days of the receipt date.

Factors that prevent a customers ability to exchange or return an order or item:

• Damage to products due to misuse.

• The presence of any odor on the products or traces of use or improper storage.

• Any product that has been modified at the request of the customer.

• The product is not wrapped in its original packaging when shipped.

• The product was damaged because it was not well packaged by the customer.

Method of refund:
